I’m Hayley, and I’m so proud to introduce myself not just as a PADI Mermaid Instructor, but as a professional aquatic performer, water safety advocate, and disability justice champion. This platform is more than just a digital seashell; it’s where magic, movement, and mission converge.

From Saltwater Dreams to Certified Mermaid

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the water. The ocean is calling, a realm of expression, and a source of deep empowerment. When I discovered the PADI Mermaid™ program, it felt like an invitation to return home—not just to the sea, but to myself.

Performing with Purpose

Mermaiding is more than swimming in a tail—it’s storytelling through movement. As a professional performer, I’ve brought mermaid magic to everything from birthday parties and luxury events to underwater photoshoots and conservation campaigns.

Each appearance is a chance to enchant, empower, and educate; and I take that role seriously (with a shimmer of sparkle, of course). Whether I’m floating poolside or diving into a performance tank, my goal is to create immersive, meaningful moments that leave people feeling seen, inspired, and connected to the water.

As someone deeply committed to disability justice and inclusive aquatic spaces, I center accessibility, respect, and autonomy in all that I do. I believe everyone deserves to feel free and powerful in the water; regardless of ability, body type, or background.
